Cancel your Care Plan

Sorry to see you go. Fill this out and your plan is cancelled. No call required, no minimum, no cancellation fee.

Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again. Within 5 working days of your final date we will email you an export of your site files.

So we can confirm the exact amount that stops.

This changes nothing about your cancellation. It only helps us do better.

Once you have paid for your website, it is yours: the design we drew for you and the content we built for you. The parts we license from other people stay theirs, so fonts, stock photos, software, and the reusable pieces we bring to every project are not included. Skipping or stopping a Care Plan does not change any of this.
