How It Works
From first contact to a live website, with nothing left to guess.
Here's exactly what happens after you reach out, what we'll need from you, when you review the work, and how your project reaches launch.
- What happens first
- You tell us about your business and goals — we reply within one business day.
- What we need from you
- Answers, content, and feedback when we ask for them.
- When you review
- Before we build, and again before launch.
- After launch
- Hosting, support, and updates continue on your plan.
The Process
Seven steps, start to finish.
Two of them are yours: you review the design direction before we build, and sign off on the finished site before we launch.
- 01
Discovery
We learn your business, your customers, your goals, and what's working — or not — about your current website.
- 02
Direction
We agree on visual direction, conversion priorities, the content and assets we'll need from you, scope, and any technical requirements.
- 03
Design / Prototype
You review this stepWe design the customer-facing direction before writing unnecessary code, so you see and approve it early — not after it's already built.
- 04
Build
We develop the approved direction with modern, maintainable, responsive code.
- 05
QA
We test responsive behavior, accessibility, performance, forms, navigation, animation, and browser behavior before anything goes live.
- 06
Launch
You give final approvalYou give final approval, we deploy to production, confirm your domain and SSL, verify analytics, and check that every conversion path works.
- 07
Support / Improvement
Your plan continues with hosting, maintenance, and ongoing updates — plus room to talk through future improvements when you're ready.
Your Part
What we need from you
Your goals
What you want visitors to do, and what isn't working today.
Content & assets
Copy, photos, logo, and branding if you have them — we can help fill the gaps.
Timely feedback
Answers and decisions when we ask for them, so momentum doesn't stall.
Final approval
Sign-off at each review point before we move to the next phase.
Collaboration
How approval & revisions work
You review and approve the design direction before we build, and you give final approval before we launch. Launch includes 2 structured revision rounds; Business and Commerce include 3.
A request that changes the approved scope — a new page, a different feature, a direction change after sign-off — becomes a separate change request rather than stretching those rounds.
