Right now, plan billing is handled directly with you rather than through an automated online checkout. When online payment collection goes live, payments will be processed securely through Stripe, supporting major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna — but none of these are confirmed active yet. We'll only describe a method as accepted here once it's actually turned on and verified.

This is business information, not legal advice — your service agreement's contract terms control.

Every plan includes ongoing maintenance and monthly update requests — Launch gets 2, Business gets 4 with priority support, and Commerce gets 6 with priority support. That's what's included, not an unlimited or lifetime commitment.

Your plan's hosting, maintenance, and support continue as agreed. We'll talk with you before your first agreement ends about what's next for your site — nothing changes without that conversation.
