This website is provided to share information about Jojo Site Creations, let you request a project through the Start Your Project form, and let you request a Free Website Audit. By using it, you agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit and not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to bypass our spam/abuse protections or submitting forms on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge.

The Free Website Audit is a free, no-obligation review of your existing website performed by a person on our team. It reflects our practical observations and opinions about your site’s customer experience. It is not legal advice, not an accessibility certification, not a regulatory or compliance certification, not a guaranteed SEO analysis, and not a guarantee of any business result. Requesting an audit doesn’t obligate you to become a client.

Submitting the Start Your Project form is an inquiry, not a binding agreement to purchase anything. If we agree to work together, the specific terms of that engagement, including pricing, payment schedule, project scope, revisions, support, and any other project-specific commitment, are set out in a separate service agreement between you and Jojo Site Creations, not by this page. Current plan pricing and what each plan includes are described on our Pricing page, which can change over time.

Requesting an invoice through this website is likewise a request, not a completed purchase. Nothing is sold or charged on this website itself; no payment is due until you receive and pay the invoice we send, and we confirm the fit and scope with you before work starts.

There's no online checkout on this site. Choose an offer, request a Square invoice, and we'll email you a secure Square invoice. Payment happens through Square. Prefer Cash App Business? Request payment details instead and we'll send them to you.

Payment itself happens on Square's hosted invoice page. This website never collects or stores card or bank details.

Website builds and the Website Rescue Sprint are invoiced up front. Care Plan pricing requires a 6-month minimum commitment. After the first 6 months, the Care Plan continues month-to-month and may be canceled according to your service agreement. A one-time build is the same custom website, paid once and handed off to you at launch. After handoff it doesn't include the recurring services a care plan covers: hosting management, routine content updates, security monitoring, reporting, and maintenance or support. You own your site either way.

Concept projects. Not client work. The businesses shown in our Concept Work section are fictional demonstration brands created by Jojo Site Creations to show design, development, and conversion capability. They are not real clients, and no result, metric, or outcome shown there is a real, measured business result.

Once your website build is paid in full, you own the custom website content and project-specific design work we created for you, excluding licensed third-party software, fonts, frameworks, stock assets, reusable Jojo components, and other third-party IP. Skipping or cancelling a care plan doesn't change that. This is business information, not legal advice. Your service agreement's contract terms control.

The design, text, and Concept Work on this website belong to Jojo Site Creations (or are used under license) and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Nothing here is intended to affect the ownership terms that apply to a website we build for you under a service agreement. See “Ownership” above.

A website can help the right people discover, understand, and contact your business. It does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, rankings, customers, or any other business outcome. Those still depend on your product, your service, and how you run your business. Nothing on this website, including the Free Website Audit, should be read as a promise of a specific result.

This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect its forms from abuse and Resend to deliver form submissions to us by email. Invoices are created and sent through Square, and payment of a Square invoice happens on Square’s own hosted page under Square’s terms; if you ask to pay through Cash App Business, that payment happens under Cash App’s terms. It may also link to or reference third-party websites. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, policies, or availability of sites we don’t operate.

We may update, change, or remove parts of this website, including pages, pricing, and features, at any time, without prior notice. We don’t guarantee this website will always be available or free of interruptions.

This website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Jojo Site Creations isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section doesn’t limit anything a separate signed service agreement says about a specific project.
