Can I pay in parts?
Afterpay and Affirm let you pay in parts. They decide who they approve, not us. Both work on a one-off invoice, not on a monthly Care Plan.

Content deadline
Your words, pictures, and logo are due on the day we start. If they are not ready, your project waits for our next free slot.

How to cancel
Stop it yourself on the Cancel My Plan page. No phone call, no fee. It runs to the end of the month you paid for, then stops.

Within 5 working days we send you a copy of everything, plus simple steps for moving it. You will then need somewhere of your own to keep it online.
What you keep
The website is yours either way. It became yours when you paid for the build, and stopping a Care Plan does not change that.
Foundation includes 1 revision round before launch; Growth includes 2 and Commerce includes 3. The Website Rescue Sprint includes one. That’s real back-and-forth on the direction we agreed on: enough to get it right, not an open-ended process.
If a request changes the approved scope materially (a new page, a different feature, a direction change after sign-off) we’ll scope that as a separate change request rather than stretch the revision rounds to cover it.

Who owns the finished website?
Once you have paid for your website, it is yours: the design we drew for you and the content we built for you. The parts we license from other people stay theirs, so fonts, stock photos, software, and the reusable pieces we bring to every project are not included. Skipping or stopping a Care Plan does not change any of this.

Questions about pricing
Why a build price plus a monthly care plan?
The build is the design and development work, with one price. The care plan is everything that keeps the site healthy afterwards: hosting management, backups, security monitoring, content-change time, and a quarterly performance summary on Growth and Commerce. It is optional. You pay month by month. Stop any time, online, in about a minute.
Can I skip the care plan?
You pay once and the site is yours. Looking after it afterwards is not included. That is what a Care Plan is for, and it is your choice.
How do I pay?
You never pay on this website. Pick what you want, ask for an invoice, and we email you a Square invoice. You pay on that. You pay on Square's own page. This website never sees your card or bank details.
What does the Website Rescue Sprint include?

Every build includes domain connection and SSL. Hosting management, backups, security monitoring, maintenance, and support are care-plan services: included while your Care Plan is active, and not at all if you skip it.
How do revisions work?
Foundation includes 1 revision round before launch; Growth includes 2 and Commerce includes 3; the Rescue Sprint includes one. A request that materially changes the approved scope becomes a separate change request rather than an open-ended revisions policy.
