The strategy, design, and development work happens up front, in the first weeks of the agreement — that’s why monthly billing reflects a full year of service rather than a month-to-month arrangement you could cancel right after launch. Choosing annual billing simply pays that same year in one payment and saves 10%.

How revisions work
Launch includes 2 structured pre-launch revision rounds; Business and Commerce include 3. That’s real back-and-forth on the direction we agreed on — enough to get it right, not an open-ended process.
If a request changes the approved scope materially — a new page, a different feature, a direction change after sign-off — we’ll scope that as a separate change request rather than stretch the revision rounds to cover it.

Yes, on every plan — hosting, SSL, performance monitoring, security maintenance, and ongoing updates are part of the service, not an add-on.
How do revisions work?
Launch includes 2 structured pre-launch revision rounds; Business and Commerce include 3. A request that materially changes the approved scope becomes a separate change request rather than an open-ended revisions policy.
What happens after the first year?
Your plan's hosting, maintenance, and support continue as agreed. We'll talk with you before your first agreement ends about what's next for your site — nothing changes without that conversation.
