Healthcare practices

Websites for practices that cannot afford a privacy mistake

A site built around what the patient does next: understand the treatment, then book through the booking and portal tools you already use. We connect those tools. Patient information never reaches us.

Concierge, cash-pay, med spa, hormone, weight, and aesthetics practices.

Before building websites, Joseph worked in healthcare on the claims, appeals, and compliance side. That is why we check whether your booking vendor actually signed a BAA instead of assuming it did.

Fictional Portfolio Concept

Dr. Michael Stark and Stark Neurosurgical Institute are fictional and were created by Jojo Site Creations as a design and development demonstration.

These are made-up examples we built to show what we can do. They are not real clients, and none of the results are real.

What's different

A practice website is not a normal business site with a stethoscope on it.

Here is what is actually different:

  • Patient information never touches our computers

Our forms never ask for health details. Anything medical goes straight to your own booking or portal provider, covered by your agreement with them.

  • Privacy pages built into the structure

Your Notice of Privacy Practices and privacy policy get proper pages, easy to find. Federal rules say your Notice has to be easy to find.

  • Tracking discipline

Google and Meta will not sign the paperwork that protects patient data, so neither one runs on your care or service pages. You still get visitor stats everywhere it is safe to have them.

  • Vendor BAA verification

We check that agreement is in place before we send your patients into that tool.

  • WCAG 2.1 AA

Built and tested so people with disabilities can use it, against the WCAG 2.1 AA standard most practice sites are measured by. That is what we aim for and test, not a certificate anyone issued us.

Practice builds

Two practice builds.

One price, paid one time. You own the site the day it goes live. A Care Plan is your choice, month by month, and it never changes the price of the site.

Practice Essentials

Website build, paid once

$13,000

A practice site built so patient information never reaches us.

You pay once and the site is yours. Looking after it afterwards is not included. That is what a Care Plan is for, and it is your choice.

Want us to look after it? That is $549 a month. Your choice, and you can stop any time.

What the build includes

  • Everything in the Growth build
  • Up to 5 pages
  • Patient information never reaches our computers. Booking and portal steps go straight to your own provider.
  • Pages set up for your Notice of Privacy Practices and privacy policy
  • No tracking runs on your care or service pages
  • We connect your booking and portal providers and check the BAA paperwork lines up
  • Built so people with disabilities can use it (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • 2 rounds of changes before it goes live

What the Care Plan covers

It is optional. You pay month by month. Stop any time, online, in about a minute.

  • Keeping your site online
  • Keeping the padlock (secure connection) up to date
  • Updating the software your site runs on
  • Fixing security holes as they turn up
  • A backup copy every week
  • Checking your site is up, so we notice before you do
  • 60 minutes a month for changes you ask for, and unused time carries over one month
  • A progress report every three months

What the Care Plan does not cover

  • Email of any kind. We do not set up, move, or fix email accounts, and we do not touch Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, spam filters, or email passwords.
  • The yearly fee for your web address. You buy and own the address; we connect it to the site.
  • New pages or new features
  • Writing your words for you
  • Running ads
  • Google ranking campaigns
  • Posting on social media

Best for concierge, cash-pay, med spa, hormone, weight, and aesthetics practices.

Practice Signature

Website build, paid once

$17,500

A service-by-service practice site with clinical content you approve in writing.

You pay once and the site is yours. Looking after it afterwards is not included. That is what a Care Plan is for, and it is your choice.

Want us to look after it? That is $1,049 a month. Your choice, and you can stop any time.

What the build includes

  • Everything in the Practice Essentials build
  • Up to 8 pages, a route per service
  • Every service gets its own page, named so Google can find it
  • Custom interactive features
  • We draft the words from your materials and named public sources. You approve them in writing before launch.
  • 2 rounds of changes before it goes live

  • Google ranking campaigns

Best for practices with several distinct services that each need their own route and metadata.

Before you pay

See the work before you pay

Before we send you a bill, we check your project fits your budget, show you work close to what you want, and write down exactly what you get. You can open every demo on the Work page right now.

On some projects we also build a short preview of your homepage first. That depends on the job and on our free time, so we offer it project by project instead of promising it to everyone.

Boundaries

Who handles what.

We handle

Building the site, keeping patient information off our computers, setting up the privacy and Notice of Privacy Practices pages, controlling what gets tracked, making it usable for everyone, and moving your old site across.

You and your attorney handle

What your privacy policy and Notice of Privacy Practices actually say, your Business Associate Agreements, written permission from patients before you quote them, your rules for contacting patients, and your practice's own risk review and staff training.

Clinical content

You read and approve every medical sentence in writing before the site goes live. We draft from your own materials and public sources we name. Whether it is medically correct is your call, not ours.
