Privacy Policy

We collect information in two ways:

What you give us directly. The Start Your Project form asks for your name, email address, what you need, a budget range, and what needs improving, plus optional business/company name, phone number, current website, and timeline. The Free Website Check form asks for your website address, email address, and the one concern you want looked at, plus optional name, business/company name, phone number, industry, main goal, the action you want customers to take, your current traffic source, timeline, and budget or plan interest. The invoice request form asks for your name, email address, the offer you’re buying, whether an optional Care Plan is attached to it, whether you want to prepay twelve months of that Care Plan, and your agreement to its auto-renewal terms, plus optional business name, phone number, and notes. It never asks for card or bank details: the only payment path is the secure Square invoice we email you, and you pay it on Square’s own page.

What’s collected automatically. When you submit any of these forms, we process your IP address for two purposes: preventing abuse of our forms (a short-lived, in-memory rate limit; see “How we use information” below) and verifying you’re not a bot, via Cloudflare Turnstile. Our hosting provider, Vercel, also processes standard technical request information (like your IP address and browser details) as part of serving the website, the same as any web host.

What analytics we use. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how this website is used in aggregate: page views, which pages get visited, and a small number of specific business events (for example, clicking a “Start a Project”, “Free Website Check”, or “Request Square Invoice” button, or completing one of our forms). This tool doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you personally, and we never send it anything you type into a form: no name, email, phone number, website address, or project details. We don’t use advertising pixels or any cross-site behavioral tracking tool.

Ask Jojo answers from a fixed list of approved answers that ships with the website. It runs entirely in your browser: what you type is matched against that list on your device, is never sent to us or to any AI provider, is not logged, and is discarded when you close the chat or leave the page. If it cannot answer, it points you to a form rather than guessing.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.

This website doesn’t have a database. When you submit a form, the details you entered are sent directly to us by email through our provider, Resend; they aren’t saved anywhere else on the site. If you request a Square invoice, we enter your name, business name, and email address into our Square account to create and send it. The rate-limiting check described above keeps a short-lived count of requests per IP address in server memory; it isn’t written to disk, isn’t tied to your identity beyond that IP address, and clears automatically.

We keep the emails your form submissions generate for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain ordinary business records, and no longer than that. We don’t currently have an automated deletion schedule for this correspondence.

We rely on a small number of providers to run this website:

• Vercel: hosts this website and processes standard technical request data to serve it to you. We also use its built-in Vercel Web Analytics feature, described above, for cookieless, aggregated usage measurement.
• Resend: delivers the email generated when you submit the Start Your Project, Free Website Check, or invoice request form.
• Square: creates and sends the invoice you request, and processes your payment of it on Square’s own hosted page under Square’s privacy policy. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: verifies you’re not a bot before either form can be submitted. It processes your IP address and some interaction signals for that purpose; it isn’t an advertising or cross-site tracking service, and we don’t use it to identify you personally beyond that check.

We don’t add a vendor to this list until it’s actually in use.

This website doesn’t set its own cookies. Vercel Web Analytics, described above, is cookieless by design: it doesn’t place a cookie in your browser or track you across other sites, and we haven’t implemented advertising tracking of any kind. Cloudflare Turnstile, also described above, may use device or browser signals as part of confirming you’re not a bot; that’s separate from tracking your browsing across other sites.

Because nothing on this site sets a non-essential cookie, we haven’t added a cookie-consent banner. If that changes, we’ll update this policy and add one.

Browsers can send a Do Not Track signal, and there is no agreed industry standard for how sites should answer it. This website does not respond differently when that signal is set, because it does not do the thing Do Not Track is meant to stop: we run no advertising pixels, no ad networks, and no cross-site behavioral tracking, so there is no tracking here to switch off.

We also don't let third parties collect personally identifiable information about your activity across other websites through this one. The outside services present here are Vercel (hosting and cookieless usage measurement), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot verification on our forms), Resend (delivering form submissions to us by email), and Square (creating and sending invoices, and processing payment on Square's own page). None of them is on this site to build an advertising profile of you, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.

If we ever add a tool that does track behavior across sites, we’ll say so here before it goes live and explain how to opt out.

This site is served over HTTPS and applies standard web security protections (including a content security policy and related security headers). Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting to reduce abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable, practical steps appropriate to a small business website.

You can choose what to share with us; most form fields beyond name and email are optional. Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights over the information you’ve given us, such as asking what we have on file, asking us to correct it, or asking us to delete it. Contact us (see below) and we’ll do our best to help.

Because this website has no database, what we hold about you is the email your form submission generated, plus, if you requested an invoice, your name, business name, and email address in our Square account. Ask us and we'll tell you what we have, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it, unless we're required to keep a record of a completed transaction. Use the contact route below and say what you'd like us to look up, change, or delete, and give us the email address you originally submitted so we can find it.

We aim to answer within 30 days. We don’t charge for this, and asking won’t change how we treat you as a customer. Because we have no login and no account system, we can only match a request to the email address it’s about; if we can’t match it, we’ll tell you rather than guess.

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

This website may reference or link to third-party services, including the providers named above. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don’t operate.

We may update this policy as the website changes. When we change this page we update the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is material, meaning it changes what we collect, who we share it with, or what you're agreeing to, we'll say so in a short summary at the top of the page for at least 30 days after it takes effect, and we'll email anyone with an active Care Plan before it takes effect.

Continuing to use this website after a change takes effect means the updated policy applies to you.

The most reliable way to reach us right now is the Start Your Project form. We don't yet have a published email address, so mention what you're writing about and we'll route your message appropriately.
