Privacy Policy

Last updated September 3, 2026. This policy explains what information this website collects when you use it, why, and how it's handled. It covers jojositecreations.com itself, not the websites we build for clients, which are governed by their own policies.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

What you give us directly. The Start Your Project form asks for your name, email address, and project details, plus optional business/company name, phone number, current website, what you need, and budget range. The Free Website Audit form asks for your name, business/company name, email address, and website address, plus optional phone number, industry, your biggest concern, the action you want customers to take, your current traffic source, timeline, and budget or plan interest. The invoice request form asks for your name, email address, the offer you’re buying, how you want to buy it, and how you’d like to pay, plus optional business name, phone number, and notes. It never asks for card or bank details.

What’s collected automatically. When you submit any of these forms, we process your IP address for two purposes: preventing abuse of our forms (a short-lived, in-memory rate limit; see “How we use information” below) and verifying you’re not a bot, via Cloudflare Turnstile. Our hosting provider, Vercel, also processes standard technical request information (like your IP address and browser details) as part of serving the website, the same as any web host.

What analytics we use. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how this website is used in aggregate: page views, which pages get visited, and a small number of specific business events (for example, clicking a “Start a Project”, “Free Audit”, or “Request Square Invoice” button, or completing one of our forms). This tool doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you personally, and we never send it anything you type into a form: no name, email, phone number, website address, or project details. We don’t use advertising pixels or any cross-site behavioral tracking tool.

How we use information

  • To respond to your project inquiry or audit request
  • To evaluate whether and how we can help with your project
  • To provide the Free Website Audit you requested
  • To prepare and send the Square invoice or Cash App Business payment details you requested
  • To communicate with you about your inquiry
  • To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse
  • To operate, maintain, and secure this website
  • To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this website so we can improve it

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.

How your information is sent and stored

This website doesn’t have a database. When you submit a form, the details you entered are sent directly to us by email through our provider, Resend; they aren’t saved anywhere else on the site. If you request a Square invoice, we enter your name, business name, and email address into our Square account to create and send it. The rate-limiting check described above keeps a short-lived count of requests per IP address in server memory; it isn’t written to disk, isn’t tied to your identity beyond that IP address, and clears automatically.

We keep the emails your form submissions generate for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain ordinary business records, and no longer than that. We don’t currently have an automated deletion schedule for this correspondence.

Service providers we use

We rely on a small number of providers to run this website:

  • Vercel: hosts this website and processes standard technical request data to serve it to you. We also use its built-in Vercel Web Analytics feature, described above, for cookieless, aggregated usage measurement.
  • Resend: delivers the email generated when you submit the Start Your Project, Free Website Audit, or invoice request form.
  • Square: creates and sends the invoice you request, and processes your payment of it on Square’s own hosted page under Square’s privacy policy. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
  • Cash App Business: only if you ask to pay that way. The payment happens in Cash App under its own privacy policy; this website never handles it.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: verifies you’re not a bot before either form can be submitted. It processes your IP address and some interaction signals for that purpose; it isn’t an advertising or cross-site tracking service, and we don’t use it to identify you personally beyond that check.

We don’t add a vendor to this list until it’s actually in use.

Cookies and similar technology

This website doesn’t set its own cookies. Vercel Web Analytics, described above, is cookieless by design: it doesn’t place a cookie in your browser or track you across other sites, and we haven’t implemented advertising tracking of any kind. Cloudflare Turnstile, also described above, may use device or browser signals as part of confirming you’re not a bot; that’s separate from tracking your browsing across other sites.

Because nothing on this site sets a non-essential cookie, we haven’t added a cookie-consent banner. If that changes, we’ll update this policy and add one.

Data security

This site is served over HTTPS and applies standard web security protections (including a content security policy and related security headers). Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting to reduce abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable, practical steps appropriate to a small business website.

Your choices and rights

You can choose what to share with us; most form fields beyond name and email are optional. Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights over the information you’ve given us, such as asking what we have on file, asking us to correct it, or asking us to delete it. Contact us (see below) and we’ll do our best to help.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

External links

This website may reference or link to third-party services, including the providers named above. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don’t operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website changes. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

Contact us

The most reliable way to reach us right now is the Start Your Project form. We don't yet have a dedicated privacy or accessibility inbox, so mention what you're writing about and we'll route your message appropriately.
